When did you open Dosirak Outpost and is it temporary?

We opened Dosirak Outpost (located at 307 W Main St. Durham, NC 27701) on July 9, 2026. We were able to open this location thanks to the team at Downtown Durham Inc, also known as DDI, through their incubator program. We are planning to stay at this location until early next year!
Not to worry! We are currently looking for a space where we can build a more permanent Dosirak location. We are working hard behind the scenes to make this happen for you all so keep an eye out on our Instagram to stay updated with what is happening with Dosirak. We will announce something once the ink has dried!
Wait. What do you mean Dosirak Outpost will only be here until early next year?

Do you do food? Can you cater my event?

We have just started our Grab-and-Go program at Dosirak Outpost (starting October 2026) so you can come into the shop and grab a Triangle Kimbap for the road! We will update our Instagram with new varieties and menu items!
We are not currently able to provide any catering (due to our permit type) but we are working on making this happen before the end of the year!
Are you still planning on doing Pop-Ups?

We are actually planning some fun collaborative events with different businesses around Downtown Durham (and beyond) where we will highlight different foods and drinks from Korea. Although these events might look different than our previous events, the goal of helping folks learn more about Korea and Korean culture through food/drinks have stayed the same.
All events will be announced via Instagram Posts so follow us for the most up to date information!
Suggestions are HIGHLY encouraged! We want to stock our shelves with items that you are interested in. Although we try to get a diverse variety of items that cover many dietary restrictions and preferences, we want to hear from you about additional items we should carry.
